I analysed the captions based on her existing content, and found a reoccuring theme over the last few years.
Once I found the important content themes, i worked with the most engaging long-form content in the past and picked the snappy content for short-form content.
The video starts with a motivational statement, which could potentially capture the audience's attention. Mel uses this statement repeatedly and it's aligned with her speaking theme. I personally picked this intro clip because it was what made Mel memorable since 13 years ago from her famous TedTalk clip on Youtube.
